- Publisher OS monthly subscriptions — the most recent payment is refundable within 30 days. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@jeffhallstead.com from the address on your receipt, or open Manage billing in your account and reply to any invoice. We issue approved refunds through Stripe, our payment provider. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund
When a refund is approved, access to paid features ends and your account reverts to the free Publisher Test tier. Your assessment results remain available.
